Mono Monday- Balance

My parents both had high blood pressure, as does my brother, so it was likely that I too would be blessed. A few weeks ago it was noted that the time had come.  I bought a new blood pressure machine and I have been monitoring ever since.  Achieving BALANCE is the challenge.  We have been changing medications around, but are not there yet.  We are going on vacation on Thursday, so I am hoping to get it right before then.
