Twins?

I looked out of the window at Miss Flum's house and thought to myself 'Oh, there's Hazel'.
 But, of course, Hazel doesn't live there (yet) he lives with us, so this is someone very similar but a bit different, as was revealed when he/she walked away. We shall call it 'Not-Hazel' until better acquainted.
The real Hazel appears as an extra, for comparison.
