Rennington Scarecrow Festival

Had a trip to Rennington in Northumberland today and had a lovely lunch at the local pub, The Horseshoe.  Every year there is a scarecrow festival on and were lucky enough to visit today when it was taking place.  This was the exhibit outside of the pub.

I have enclosed a few extras.  Most of the locals seem to join in and have scarecrows in their gardens.
