No Rest For A Lardy

Working from home, and at my own pace, means I often have no concept of days. So today’s Bank Holiday Monday means little to me; I didn’t even realise it was one until yesterday - it is work as usual for me.

And work-out as usual.

I love my gym work outs (now, for context, bear in mind that I have been morbidly obese for my entire life) and that may become a surprising thing to hear! I am super proud of myself for starting up again, for sticking to a plan and for working my bumbum off.

The rower is the last machine in my 1.5hr cardio/strength session. Now it’s back home to the laptop and a well earned brew.
