Quito old town

Had an OK nights sleep but woke up with a headache from de-hydration. Managed to sleep for 11 hours though. Nice breakfast before going into the centre of Quito. Very nice city which felt safe. Went into the largest church in the centre before going up the tower for a look around. Left J to go to the very top, as I didn’t fancy it up that high. Had empanadas for lunch in a nice coffee shop before finding a chocolate shop on the walk back where we had a hot chocolate. Met G&N by the pool before getting ready to go out for dinner and re-packing the bags before we head off somewhere else tomorrow.
