I was rather dull all day after a good night dancing at neighbours party - even managing a swing dance or 2 !
It was the 10th anniversary celebration of the community midwives association and a fine “afternoon tea with your midwife” was put on in Emo Court with a great turnout and interesting speakers . I had a happily emotional afternoon seeing past mums and babies who are now toddlers , small children and some are going to school .
I think I may have talked myself into doing a Homebirth later this year having said I couldn’t do 2 jobs at once . It feels important to do this one . Let’s see how things evolve .
