Lake Hawea

... on a very windy day. Seventeen walkers showed up today. It was calm first thing this morning but by the time we met at 10 o’clock it was a different story! We drove to Camphill Road and walked the track by the river to Hawea. We managed to find a sheltered spot for lunch and the wind wasn’t quite so vicious on the way back. Another enjoyable walk.
