No colour today.....

The rain has been pretty constant resulting in a rather grey day! It HAS been a Bank Holiday but we've had some really perfect ones this year. It's always such a shame for special shows and events though when the weather is so wet.

After church this morning, D and I and other friends kept a date to share a Sunday dinner with Bob, husband of Ann who died earlier this year. Bob cooked  a lovely roast dinner and it was a very happy time. We shared lots of stories and talked about Ann of course. I thought I had taken a photo of a photo of Bob and Ann that I saw there today but it's not good enough to use here. It was such a happy picture; un-posed and totally natural and taken only months before Ann became too unwell to go out. I'm glad I saw it and will remember it. 

So I didn't have a blip for today......

And now it's dark out there and I am wearing my winter slippers!!
