In & Out

Isobel and I treated ourselves to a slap up full English at the hotel before heading home.

As I was suffering from back and chest pains, and although they were nothing like the angina I was suffering before, I spent the afternoon in A&E to get them checked out.  After ECG's blood tests and x-rays I was given the all clear and came home.  It is just that the internal bruising is taking longer than I thought to heal.

Good news, I officially have the blood pressure of a 25 year old!

After tea, Stanley and I went for a walk on Haresfield Beacon, just as the sun went down and the rain blew in.
