Fun in the Rain!

It was wet and windy out today.  It was very much more wet and windy than we had realised when we first set to walk Merlin so didn't have as much waterproof gear as we should have done and ended up soaked to the skin!  The only people out at Emsworth, other than ourselves, were some dog walkers and quite a number of windsurfers riding the waves - it looked great fun.  It reminded me of going to the seafront on windy days in Aberdeen and watching all the windsurfers out at sea - it was usually winter and very cold and we'd end up going into a cafe for a hot chocolate or brunch!
