On your marks

Miserable and cold, so I think the fire might be going on later, and I'm making a casserole for dinner.

I'm doing the route planning for our forthcoming walking holiday in Cornwall.  Although the mileage isn't huge (it’s actually further when mapped accurately), the ups and downs look a tad wearying.  Fortunately when printed out on a daily basis the elevation profile isn't quite as bad as it looks here.
