The fisherman

The tide was in and the shag had just arrived at its fishing spot on a post by the lagoon at Kaiteriteri. I did get out of the car for this one. Sometimes you can just park beside it and take a photo.
Trev and I walked along the main beach and back, sat watching paddle boarders, waka ama canoeists, kayakers but no swimmers. Then we retired to the cafe for coffee and scone.
It has been a super sunny Sunday. 11 hours of sunshine and little wind. Another walk in town and then some serious sit down and read this afternoon. Hope your day was just as nice.
