NaSHViLLE!!!

It’s so hard choosing which photo to blip, but decided it had to be this welcoming one!
So, this morning we hung out in the sun by the pool in Pigeon Forge for an hour or so, before hitting the road to Nashville. Four hours later (three because we crossed into Mountain Time) and we arrived at our last hotel- a grand looking Hilton Homewood Suites, where we have a huge two room suite, with kitchen (and a massive American fridge with ice maker)! We settled in quickly, then got the hotel shuttle bus downtown ready for the Keith Urban concert! Nashville was absolutely buzzing- in a completely different way from New York; all cowboy boots and hats and loud, loud country music! We found a large bar to eat at, with a good live duo, then went over to the Bridgestone Arena for Kelsey Ballerini and Keith. It was the best show! Great music, lights, atmosphere. Just brilliant. The kids took the three floor seats, and Doug and I had great, central seats in the second tier. Judging by the photos, videos and the fact that Keith shook Heidi and Joe’s hands, I think it’s safe to say they had a ball!
