An Early Breakfast for the Waxeye

I spotted an early morning visitor to the deck  having  gold kiwifruit for breakfast. There was a frost and the little waxeye is well fluffed up.

Tomorrow I am heading to Napier for 9 days. My son and his partner have arrived from Australia for a week. Sons Partner comes from Napier and my daughter and grandchildren also live in Napier so that is where we are all heading.

Blipping and commenting may have to sit on the back burner for a few days  - but I will see how it goes. Right now it is looking to be a busy time as I haven't seen the 3 Grandchildren for 8 months.
