Vegetarian pizza

I made carrot 'bacon' this weekend (recipe). It was delicious so I tried it on this pizza for one (pita bread base, cheese, red onion, mushrooms and the bacon).  I added it with two mins cooking to go because it was already quite cooked. OMG - amazing.  #newfavthing

I made the bacon the day before just as a test and was amazed to find it was still chrisp the next day.
