Low tide fishing

Today is the sunny day of the bank holiday and we all went for a walk along the Exeter canal and River Exe to Turf Hotel for lunch.  A pleasant walk with various bird sightings including a heron with a fish in its beak.  Its surprising how busy the pub is considering nobody can drive their car directly to it.  People either walk, cycle or catch the ferry from Topsham.
