Up and out first thing for 100km on the bike. It was pretty decent, even had a bit of sun which made a nice change.

Out in the afternoon to see poet Luke Wright perform his last show of this year's fringe. I see him nearly every year, unsurprisingly he was excellent.

And then straight from there via the rammed street of this town of ours, to jaybroek's for a get-together with his family and mine, accompanied by some very fine, home-cooked Indian food. Thanks again... I can just about to make it onto my sofa for Match Of The Day. Really hoping Liverpool are on near the start...zzzz
