Winging it!

I’m quite sure they’re not! Myfanwy’s ‘doctors’ have taken off her new old wing, which was dark blue, to sand it off and fill in the holes. They are now sorting out the correct colour paint for her. I think once they’ve done that wing, the rest of her will need doing!

I received these pictures whilst back at the Scope festival again as both boys qualified for the championship finals, held today.

Nelson came 4th, but Jack decided he didn’t want to play today, refusing the 3rd fence twice, which got him eliminated. There seemed to be no reason why, but his class had been delayed 3 hours ( til 9pm ) and in truth, we were all a bit fed up.

To add insult to injury, the café closed at 9pm, so no chips before the journey home! Luckily, Emma’s mum was still up to cook us eggs, beans and oatcakes when we arrived back at the farm.
