Eat More Norwegian Soulfood

This crow did not have to 'hawk' us to go to Viking Soul Food.
We just left there and I had Norwegian meatballs in caramelized goat cheese gravy with pickled cabbage, wrapped in Lefse. A really tasty lunch.
