30 years.

Today 30 years ago Mr Tbay and I moved into our little farm. We were 30 and 32 years old and full of youthful optimism! At times this has been a struggle beyond my expectations but by working together we have made 30 years here.

There have been many changes. The house is almost finished just one room to redo. We have two grandchildren. When we moved here Mrs V was just 9 months old and just walking while Mr Tbay Jnr was 3. We have endured interest rates at 17%, ressesions and much more. We have morphed ourselves from purely farming into owners of industrial units and a contracting business. Despite all that has been thrown at us we have survived.

Much of the reason we are still here is the sheer determination and hard work of Mr Tbay. He has steered this little ship through some pretty stormy waters when we could have sunk! But we haven’t !!

So here’s to the next 30 years.
