Headache

An early contender for worst kit of the season: Wycombe Wanderers goalie Ryan Allsop displaying a shirt clearly designed to give opposing forwards a headache.

Bradford City were abject in a 1-2 defeat. It will take time for a completely new set of players, and new coaching staff, to form a team, but the Valley Parade crowd is not very patient. There was a minor revival in the past ten minutes with substitutes Luca Colville and Jordan Gibson having some impact, but there weren't many left in their seats to witness it.

In other news, 13yo has become 14yo and he and 10yo have returned to their Mum's and will be jetting off to sunnier climes for the last week of their summer holiday. And I'll spend the rest of the weekend watching more football in the north-east.
