So cold

I should have known that it would be cold and wet for the first footie match of the season. After all this nice weather we were all woefully unprepared and froze on the touchline.

I was so happy to remember that I had gloves in the car and Ian kindly went and got them and a nice cuppa in order to try and ward off the chill.

I won’t forget all the layers next time.

It was a friendly game, to get in some pre season practice. Cully lost 1-0 and looked like they could do with a lot more practice!

We were all glad to get home and warm up - a nice plate of pie and chips and another cuppa did the trick.
