Autumn is Coming

... or Lunch is Served. The mountain ash trees are laden with berries already, providing colour on an otherwise dull and rainy day. The locals say that lots of berries mean a hard winter to come.

This was taken from the car, no exercise today but a lot of lists and emails sent out for the new yoga term. I am not keeping up with the News (sometimes a good thing I feel) or blipping comments. Apologies to you all.
