Crowd pleaser

Excitement abounds as our eldest headed south for a festival of music and entertainment or so they don’t say. Imagine my surprise when I learn that her pal started panicking as tickets are non exchangeable.

Stay calm I said and don’t pitch up saying anything like someone sold me the ticket that is why I’m not the person named on it.

Common sense and cool heads prevailed thankfully, straight in no issues. Had to reassure multiple people that this is mainly to counter the likes of stubhub and others bulk buying and reselling at vastly inflated prices.
