Lost in the woods

We stayed local to the village today and explored the forest. The trail we followed was 2.5 km long and was out of this world! The trees were so dense and tall. We found waterfalls and ruins of some old cottages. On one group of trees someone had made fairy doors complete with miniature gardens, they were so cute. Phoebe loved them. At the top of the trail we enjoyed gorgeous panoramic views over the village and out towards the loch.

Once back down we went to the loch side hotel for a coffee. On the side was a pack of UNO. We then spent a good hour or more playing UNO and just chilling out.
