The Observatory

I couldn't sleep last night and on looking out it was a lovely clear night and the stars were out, beckoning me to join them.

The photograph is of The Observatory at Parc Penallta, a large site of a former colliery given over to nature. One of the highlights is The Observatory. It's lovely and dark and the stars clearly visible but so is a lot of light pollution. Still, the frame makes a nice foreground.

Mrs BB returned to her GP this evening and her blood tests confirm the infections have cleared. Some follow up health checks to follow next month.
