Long Tall Shadow

Isn't it always a nicer light early in the morning - or at the end of the day - when shadows become longer and longer? 

I do, just like here at the gate to our Dutch Houses of Parliament.

But there is something even nicer about the light as it comes from two opposite sides. Back-lit by the sun and front-lit by the sun reflecting in windows.
