evening all,

a walk to Warkworth over the beaches when the tide was at it's lowest ebb very nearly resulted in us buying some holiday property when we were driven up a shore wall and stumbled onto some very quaint holiday cottages.

Fortunately sanity prevailed as the tide receded and we were able to continue our walk with lighter hearts but not lighter wallets...

kept our eyes shut on the way back, fell over a lot though.
