kindness

when I got to work today, a colleague had printed off some information about my heel problem and left it on my desk for me, it was really thoughtful.
And when I got home, I found my friend (and spare key holder) had left this lovely cyclamen on the kitchen table because she knew I was feeling down about work. So really, I am very lucky to have such kind people around me.
The work situation requires some thought, however, but it's not likely to get much this weekend while we're being visited by younger daughter and granddaughter R. I spent a fun 10 minutes setting up the play kitchen ready for her (yes, all for R's benefit, I assure you!)
