Forming a queue

Today shows me again that I do not have much skill with a camera. I really liked this sculpture in the forecourt of a library in Ashton and immediately thought, brilliant blip. The guy is depicted in a suit (with flared trousers?) reading a paper, wearing glasses with a brief case on the floor next to him. The sculpture is behind railing but quite accessible. I took a large number of pictures and not one shows the figure standing out as forcefully as he does in real life. Yes I am pleased with the shadow but overall disappointing.
