Another day - another campus

Today was Monash. And a rather nice campus it is, although it's marooned in the middle of the Melbourne suburbs. Apparently it's originally "concrete brutalist", but now being updated for the 21st century, with some nice touches and new buildings. The public transport out there is not great, so I did it in both directions by taxi. I got there in time for coffee with JB - great to catch up after many years.

Paper seemed to go well. Some **excellent** questions. And lunch at the Monash club before back to the hotel where I flaked out completely. We made it to the hotel bar for happy hour and some bar food (better than expected), and then watched the final episode of this season's WDYTYA, but I fell asleep halfway through so I'll have to watch it again...
