We’re in dad’s now and it’s so hot up in the rooms we’re sleeping in. We’ve got the air con on, but we have to keep a window open for it to work (the fan bit has to go outside). So, inevitably, we’ve got creepy crawlies coming in - including scorpions!!

A friend gave me this brilliant trick to get rid of them. You roll up an A4 sheet into a cone shape and then put the edge beside the scorpion, shoogle the paper a bit so it falls in, and then it can’t get back out. You can then put the critter outside! Brilliant!
