New Quay

Thankfully managed a beautiful walk on part of the Coastal Path from New Quay before the rain set in. A lovely bit of quiet beach, a bit of paddling and plenty of blackberry picking on the path back.

Stopped off in Llangrannog on the way home which would have been absolutely stunning if it wasn't chucking it down with rain. Some hardy holiday makers were still out there, making the most of the waves or grinning and bearing it under their tarps. Brits on holiday are a marvellous species.

Pub grub tonight because who wants to cook on a stove when it's pouring with rain?
