Above The Clouds

Trip to Tengnoupal (Chandel District) with Deepak since sunrise to get the last but one bunch of photographs relating to WW-II. The winter morning in the mountains is full of surprises with the clouds playing hide and seek with the sun apart from the poor visibility induced by the clouds stuck up against the mountains. Bliss is when there's some intermittent opening up of the skies and ever changing lightings against the elements.

Today's is the toughest job in this series of assignments trying to locate an old airfield of the WW-II.

Last of the trips tomorrow in the Tiddim side (Bishnupur District). Wish we didn't suffer from the persistent fogs from the Loktak Lake tomorrow.
