Shore leave

Another early start and we saw the sun rise from the bridge.
The dolphins were not up and about as we soon arrived in Santurtzi, the port for Bilbao so we made the most of the early arrival and headed up the nearby hill in the blazing sunshine to look for terrestrial wildlife.
We were not disappointed, with Swallowtail and Cleopatra butterflies, Adonis Blues and my favourite the amazing Map butterfly. This has two different forms, one spring and one summer. Haven’t seen one for 15 years!
Then we strolled into town for a very welcome beer before heading back on board. See extra!
