Sunset, Pier 52, Chasewater
Quite a contrast in either end of the day. The morning was prefaced by persistent drizzle, but the end of the day was barmy warm and sunny. I popped up to Chasewater after dinner to see if there was anything I could capture.
Plenty of other people were around, which is quite a contrast to visiting at the beginning of the day. I'm used to capturing sunrises in quiet solitude, but in the evening I seemed to be constantly chatting to people, one or two of whom asked whether I was trying to photograph a rare bird (despite the short wide angle lens on the camera).
