We've had ever such a busy day: lunch in Camberwell with Yasmin, then to Kings cross to meet Lou and Em for a splash about in the fountains, then to South Bank for supper. Doesn't sound like so much now but I am knackered! 17,000 steps according to Ben's step counter.
