Golden Slumbers...

David has been in the study all afternoon doing boring household admin. I have been ironing and managed to reduce the mountain to a small hillock (still to put it all away though.  Hate that more than ironing!)  Alan has been skiing and Lola has been on the moor again, this time with R the dog walker and a couple of canine pals, so she is even more tired than she was after yesterday's moor romp!

I  love watching her curled up like this.  She spends about five minutes getting into the perfect position.  Curled up, then legs out, then half curled up, then full stretch...eventually she finds her spot, gives out a little sigh and that's it.  Out like a light! 

She's been sleeping like this for the best part of an hour and started stirring five minutes ago.  She is now dangling head first off the sofa, having clearly woken up full of mischief and re-energised!  Oh now she's giving her lady bits a right good clean with her mouth!  And now kisses for mum...no thanks Lola, you're alright love.  Maybe later!!!
