Owl and friends

This is a photo that I am going to put into our photography group's project 'Contrasts' . I am struggling for ideas for this project, so if anyone has any flashes of inspiration for photos that I could take or set up please feel free to let me know. I have another idea of new and old as a contrast, with a photo of hubby's old slipper with his toe hanging out( he refuses to give them up), alongside one of the new slippers that I bought him for his birthday two months ago but are still in the box! I tried to take a photo of these today but I just couldn't get the lighting right - what an exciting life I lead :-)
