Seed heads

A funny sort of a day - not a lot happening -very little sunlight-already pining for vitamin D - did my usual swim this morning- baked cakes for a church Christmas coffee morning - read my camera manual again and tried to get a good shot of these seed heads.
My family will go 'not another nature shot' but hard luck!!
