In March we thought my mom was going to die. She was placed under hospice care, most of her medications were discontinued, the goal of treatment was comfort only. She recovered slowly and is now in good shape, back in her apartment in the assisted living complex. About a month ago we got her this kitten and it's done even more wonders for her. Chloe is sweet, sociable, playful and lots of company. She's a blessing.
