Sugar Bowl

for Mono Monday  - Compact.

I kept thinking what to photograph today and suddenly, the idea of compressed brown sugar attracted me. This sugar bowl is part of a complete coffee set--one of my mom's favorites.
I used a glaze of brown sugar and Dijon mustard for preparing the salmon tonight. Found the recipe today in the New York Times.
