I've been away a bit - in most interpretations of the phrase. For a few hours of it I was in London. I have to admit there was a vibrancy, an energy, a sense of possibility that simply doesn't exist down here. I felt so much more positive while there - even though the reason for being there wasn't in itself that successful.

Tough choice - the big city where the streets are paved with gold, or these quiet cobbled ones?
