We did it!

Nine members of my family were taking part in the Dundee Kiltwalk today. Three of us started in St Andrews at 9am and were aiming for 25 miles. The next three started in Tayport to walk the 11 miles to Monifieth and finally my dad, CannyScot, and his sister and brother-in-law walked 6 miles from Dundee to the finish.

Although it was raining when we started in St Andrews it was dry for all the others to complete their walks. Unfortunately though it poured with rain for the final 3 miles of our 25 mile walk so we looked like drowned rats as we crossed the finishing line!

However the team has raised £2500 for CHAS, Children's hospices across Scotland so it was all worth it.
