Sun cakes

That was the gift pack from a professor from Taiwan who came to attend the conference in my home city. She said that she decided to attend it because of my participation in organising the symposium. Really felt privileged.

The cake is mildly sweet but I didn't figure it out why it is called the Sun Cake. My parents also like them.
