Comfort Eating

A visit to the doctor this afternoon confirmed tendonitis in my right wrist. The ultrasound showed an alarming difference between that and the healthy one :-0

I came away with a goodie bag of medication and treated myself to my favourite Mochi to cheer myself up - well the pharmacist insisted that I should take the tablets with food ;)

No use of my hand for seven days is going to make work interesting. I had four attempts at typing this with one hand!
