2018 Monday —

My summer recess is about to run-out. I’ve enjoyed all the flowers, and all the food, and all the freedom to be with this guy. This guy, who I call Mr. Fun, should also be called Mr. Spontaneous.

Today I said to him, “I wish we had spent more time in Carmel when we were there 3 weeks ago.” He said, “Let’s go back!” So tomorrow we will drive the Big Sur Highway and the next couple days we’ll enjoy strolling through the streets of Carmel-by-the-Sea.”

We vote for spontaneity every time. Oh yeah, and flowers . . . we always vote for flowers.
