Behind all the excitement of the podium there are a lot of guys working hard to make it all happen. I knew I wasn't going to get many chances for photos today so grabbed the opportunity when chatting with Steve this morning - he was having an easy weekend with only 4 cars to worry about instead of the usual 8!

For the main race today - the WEC 6hrs of Silverstone I was on a post by the bridge on the Wellington Straight where "nothing ever happens". This was true until we ended up with a P1 car facing the wrong way with flames coming out the exhausts and one set of brakes on fire - finally got to use a powder fire extinguisher for real. It was a great spot for watching the race from with the cars passing at full throttle 10 feet away! Work tomorrow is going to seem very boring!
