Raggedy butterfly

This poor butterfly looked a bit worse for wear on my lobelia this afternoon. I spent a couple of hours attacking some of the overgrown bits of the garden- there is still masses more to do - its going to take a couple of years I think!

With regard to the bat - it has been removed and is definitely dead
