Mission Commence
After a summer of over indulgence we’ve decided that now it’s time to knock off those unwanted excess pounds!
I went for a 6km run this morning then made a double helping of lentil and bacon soup for use during the week.
Then, after dropping L off at gymnastics MrsT and I played an hour of badminton.
After that I caught the last 10 mins of the rangers match where they beat Kilmarnock 3-1 so happy days.
Then MrsT and I went out for an 11km cycle round the area before dinner.
After dinner I have a 2 hour ten pin bowling session at Murrayfield.
If I haven’t lost a stone and gained a six pack tomorrow I’m not going to be very happy :-)
